Here are some details on checking in/out of Phil’s Place.

Checking In

  • Location

    Check out the Arrival Guide within the AirBNB app for directions and images of how to get here.

  • Check-in at 3pm

    If you need an earlier time, reach out and ask. We may be able to accommodate.

  • Door Code

    Check your AirBNB messages for the door code the night before arrival.

  • Gear

    Have bikes or gear you want to stash while your are staying here? Let us know and I can get you access to the garage.

  • Amenities

    There is a Roku Smart TV to access your subscriptions. The Record Player has bluetooth and records in the cabinet below. Full kitchen and a washer/dryer you can use. Everything should be full stocked for a comfortable stay.

  • Parking Pad

    There is a designated parking pad for the unit right next to the garage. The pad is connected to the sidewalk, so as you park, please be sure to keep the sidewalk clear.

Location

We are located just off of 12th to the North East of main street which is about .5 miles from town and 100 yards off the Mineral Belt. Town is easily walkable or a quick drive.

General Information

  • Please do not smoke within the unit or within the yard. 

  • I will try and manage any ice and snow buildup on the stairs, but please use caution. There is an extra container of ice salt in the front closet (tub with blue lid) if you need to sprinkle more out. I’ll try and be quiet when I clear the stairs in the mornings. 

  • You may see our dogs out and about - they may bark, but are harmless. Walter is the small white one who is a grumpy 14 year old man and Odin’s the dark one you may see me heading out for a run or ride. 

  • We are looking forward to sharing our space with you and others. Please let us know if there are any issues in the unit and respect the space as if it were your own.  

  • You will get the wifi details within the check-in notes on AirBNB. There is also a QR code to scan for easy access in the unit. If you are heading out for a hike - I recommend downloading routes or screen grabs as cell coverage can be spotty.

  • We leave and stock any basic condiments to have one hand. Feel free to use whatever you see.

Checking Out

  • Check-out is at 11am

    If you need a later check-out, let us know. We might be able to push it a bit.

  • Cleaning Up

    Place any dirty sheets, towels or blankets in the hallway between the bedroom and bathroom.

  • Turn Down the Heat

    Please turn off any lights and turn heat down to 60 on all three thermostats.
